Alligator Bayou BBQ Sauce is my answer when asked to name my favorite BBQ sauce. I'm a garlic lover and this sauce itches my scratch in a way that no other BBQ sauce can. Unlike other sauces that are cold-blended with powdered spices, Alligator Bayou BBQ Sauce is made with chunks of garlic and onions, cooked and packed hot. It's a difference you can see and taste.
