They make a fantastic jerk rub and probably the best Jamaican style curry seasoning we've ever found in a jar...still, my favorite of their's has to be the Scotch Bonnet Sauce. HOT!! but with an unbelievably fresh flavor..nice and chunky. Simple but just fantastic."
