Maui grown black raspberries make this amazing sauce a possibility. It has a very full raspberry flavor right up front on the tip of your tongue and then BAM!!! The chocolate ghost peppers (bhut Jolokia) take the baton and run to the finish line with the heat. More intense in my opinion than our Smoked Scorpion as it is a more immediate heat.
