Queen Majesty Cocoa Ghost Hot Sauce

Queen Majesty Cocoa Ghost Hot Sauce is a re-imagined version of her wonderful Charcoal Ghost - replacing coconut charcoal with cocoa and OJ with pineapple juice. Smoky chipotle and pasilla dance with ghost peppers and habanero to provide a smoky heat while plum and pineapple bring the sweet. I can't wait to get this on some tacos or a ribeye - this might just replace their Red Habanero and Coffee as the only sauce I'll eat on steak.
